Wales' 'oldest man', 107, says fish and chips key to long life
Owen Filer, a 107-year-old World War Two veteran from Cwmbran, marked his upcoming birthday with a celebration where he was presented with a commemorative shield. He credits a regular visit to the chippy and simply living properly for his long life, and he was given a red-carpet welcome at Market Hall Cinema in Brynmawr.
