Third-generation chip shop manager up for Young Fish Frier of the Year
Georgia Lye, a 23-year-old third-generation chip shop manager at Seafare Guildford in Surrey, is encouraging young people to consider a career in the trade. She has reached the semi-final of the Young Fish Frier of the Year category at the National Fish & Chip Awards.
