Ebony from Hartcliffe, who has a rare condition affecting her mobility, is planning a fundraising walk to give back to the hospital that helped her as a child. The walk will run from Chew Valley Lake through South Bristol to Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, raising money for The Grand Appeal.

Daniel Parsonage, 29, suffered a severe stroke while preparing for a summer carnival performance in Penarlâg, Flintshire, and doctors told his family to say goodbye. After months of physiotherapy and speech therapy he can now speak in sentences and walk short distances with support, and he hopes to dance again before his 30th birthday in March.
