Nicki Kelsall, a deputy headteacher from Nuneaton, took up poker about three years ago after being invited to a beginners' night run by her brother, and went on to win her first tournament. She says the game has helped her make new friends and build community, and she hopes to travel to major tournaments after retiring to top up her pension.
Temporary toilets have been installed for drivers on six London bus routes that previously had no facilities at either end of the line. Transport for London plans to build 53 more toilet buildings for bus drivers across the capital over the next three years.
