A Kent farm near Sevenoaks is feeding leftover Halloween pumpkins to its turkeys to cut food waste and give the birds a treat. Visitors were invited to bring their carved pumpkins to Cottage Farm in Cudham, which is part of a wider celebration of turkeys arriving in England.
Marine videographer Rhys Morgan has spotted a fin whale twice off the Pembrokeshire coast in recent weeks, seeing three of them feeding while out fishing with a friend. He returned in late October and saw the whales again, and he hopes to get back out to sea when the weather allows.
