Plans to transform historic derelict house gets green light
Plans to restore Boomhall House, a derelict 18th-century Georgian house on the banks of the River Foyle in Londonderry, have received planning approval. The proposals include a day nursery, a cafe, a cultural and community space, and accommodation, along with restoring the surrounding landscape. Further approvals are still needed before restoration work can begin.
